PCI-DSS

Your payment is secured with DIBS which is certified according to PCI-DSS. Important data such as card numbers and the CVC codes are processed on the DIBS website and all communication takes place on a secure and encrypted connection between DIBS and the relevant bank.


UCAF/3-D

If your card is connected to UCAF/3-D Secure it will automatically be processed on a UC3-D server. If you have not connected your card for UCAF/3-D online purchases you can do so by contacting your bank/card issuer.


3-D Secure

Canvasbutik.com supports 3-D Secure systems of card issuers such as 'Verified by Visa' and 'MasterCard SecureCode'. Click on the link for more information from the card issuers.


Delivery

After a complete order on canvasbutik.com you will receive an order confirmation e-mail where you can easily see all the details about your order such as shipping address, which paintings you ordered and the total price of your order.

Canvasprints delivery usually takes 2-4 working days and oil paintings take 3-4 weeks to deliver. Variations may occur, so please read more a detailed information at respective painting. We can not guarantee that the paintings will arrive within the indicated number of days, on which unforeseen delays may occur.

We reserve the right for any inaccuracies in the article information and we will not compensate for any delays.

The paintings sent to your nearest UPS Service Point.

You will receive a notice sent to your mobile phone and a notice by mail.

If an item is not picked up, a fee for shipping, handling and administration á 40€ - incl. VAT. Special Ordered items will be charged the full value and shipping and the cost for the return.

In Canvasbutik.com you never pay too much for your Canvas!

We have Best Price Guarantee at Canvasbutik.com on our canvasprints (Your own photo on canvas)! If for any unlikely reason you find your canvasprints at a lower price in another store, Canvasbutik.com will compensate you with 100% of the difference between the price you paid and the price that the other shop is selling it for.

The conditions for witch Best Price Guarantee entry into force


  • The second store must be a UK shop, either online or in a traditional shop and hold F -tax
  • If the store is an online store it may not be an auction site or similar, such as E-bay, Amazon etc
  • The canvas print must be the same size/wood frame that you bought at Canvasbutik.com.
  • The price in the other store must be the regular price and not a temporary sale or a promotion
  • Webshops charges extra for shipping and administrative charges. Shipping and fees must be included into the price for this to be comparable with Canvasbutik.com.
  • The offer from the other store must be verifiable by Canvasbutik.com.
  • The Best Price Guarantee is valid for 10 days from the time you order the Canvasprints at Canvasbutik.com.


Do the following...

Order as usual from Canvasbutik.com.

Notify our Customer Service and send either the URL of the online store where you found the product and a description of how we can find the product on their site, or the name and telephone number of the physical store where you found the canvas painting.

We investigate the information and replace you with 100% of the difference in price.


Risks during transport / Incorrect delivery / Return

We stand for the transportation risk from our warehouse to you (ie, damaged or lost goods). You bear the risk if the item Should be returned to us. If anything has gone wrong in your delivery, failure or damage to an item, wrong product or wrong number of goods, please contact our customer service. The error must be reportedwithin two days of receipt of such goods, notifications submitted later are not considered. Canvasbutik bears all expenses including transportation of an an approved complaint.

At return, you must contact our customer service to get a return number and a return slip. It is your responsibility that the product comes to us in an undamaged state. Therefore, make sure that the product packaged well, in its original packaging or equivalent. Return is not accepted until we have checked the item. Repayment will be made as soon as an approved return is received.

At unauthorized return return shipping will be charged. Item That comes in return without a valid return code is returned to the customer and the shipping will be charged.

Form & Color Rendering

Paintings that you will find on Canvasbutik.com are uniquely hand-painted pictures. Therefore, there can never be two identical pictures. Thereof it may occur very slight differences in painting that you receive and the painting that you see on the screen.

Color Differences in oil paintings and canvas prints that can occur is usually because the screen is not calibrated allowing slight differences in color.

All orders are quality assured and approved by qualified personnel in Canvasbutik.com before sending.


Assurance

You have warranty on all products purchased from us. The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date the goods were delivered.

As an individual, you are covered by the law of consumption, which means you have complaints right for 1 year. Otherwise, the Swedish Consumer Law Applies.

If you invoke the customer warranty and it transpires that the error is due to external influences then the warranty is invalid, the customer will bear any cost of repair. Our certified staff will first determine if the fault is due to an improperly manufactured item or sabotage after the product reaches the customer. The customer pays the shipping costs if the customer invokes warranty.


Returns / Customer Satisfaction Guarantee / Money Back In 30 Days

As an individual, you have 30 days to return all stock items. You can return the item within 30 days of shipment of the goods and get your money back. The item mustbe in the same state, ie. may not be used. The goods must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent. Otherwise, read under the heading Return. The customer pays for actual shipping and return shipping and any invoice costs. Return policy applies only to deliveries within the EU and not for special orders. Special orders are items not in stock but manufactured on request. If an item has to be ordered specially this is written on the product page. Return policy does not apply to companies.


Complaints

If something has gone wrong in your delivery, failure or damage to an item, you recieved the wrong item or the wrong number of goods, please contact our customer service. The error must be reported within two days of receipt of such goods, notifications submitted later are not considered. Canvasbutik bear all expenses including transportation at an approved claim.

Have you received an incorrect or defective product, we will replace it for free!

Send an email to info@canvasbutik.com with the following instructions:


  1. Your order number
  2. Describe why you want to return the item
  3. Include any photo on the defective product.
  4. Do you want an exchange of goods, or a refund.
  5. Wait for approval and instructions for the return.
  6. If your purchased painting do not meet all your expectations, please contact our customer service within 2 days after you receive it.
  7. Do you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.


Personal responsibility and obligations

The use of our services on canvasbutik.com in your name is your own responsibility. You may not disclose your password to anyone. If there is reason to suspect that someone else entered, or have entered with your customer ID and password, you must change your password or contact Customer services info@canvasbutik.com immediately.

Canvasbutik.com take no responsibility for the actions carried out in your name, even if someone else made it with your password. We reserve the right to exclude you as a customer at a reasonable suspicion of abuse, and will then let you know this.

Canvasbutik.com reserves the right to change the terms of use.


Management of personal information

To buy on canvasbutik.se you must enter your details in the fields that are required for customer registration. Each time you add a new order with us, check that the specified address information is current.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, failed deliveries from suppliers, costly event, and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and influences agreements and commitments on Canvasbutik.com page, allowing Canvasbutik.com not able to fulfill the agreement / pledge. Constitute the basis that Canvasbutik.com be released from their obligations to fulfill that contract.

We reserve the right for errors in text, prices or photo.
